Attaching your system specs to a technical support request will speed things up considerably.
On PC, if you simply type “dxdiag” in the Windows search bar or press the Windows+R key and type “dxdiag” it will bring up the report we need. Clicking the “save all information” button will then create a .txt file on your desktop - attach this to the form.
To find your Mac’s basic specs, click the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen. From the drop-down menu, click About This Mac to open the System Information window.
If you are playing on a mobile device please include the manufacturer and model. Additionally, if you could also include the version of your device’s operating system that will aid us in resolving your issue as quickly as possible. These details can usually be found in the settings menu.
